Based in the Shoals, Chase is a father, speaker, REALTOR®, and preacher who believes life is best when faith, family, and community come first.

A Huntsville native, Chase graduated from Auburn University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity. Along the way, he’s called Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, and California home—and picked up some unique experiences, from working as a TV news anchor to playing semi-pro football.

Chase moved to the Shoals in 2020, and in 2021, his daughter Willa was born. Together, they can often be found exploring local parks or at the movie theater—though Willa usually eats all the popcorn and falls asleep halfway through.

Real estate became a natural fit for Chase after more than a decade in broadcasting. Since earning his license in 2017, he’s helped families find homes they love while earning recognition, including the Trusted Advisor Award for the state of Alabama from EXIT Realty. He keeps up with market trends, regulations, and developments so his clients can focus on what matters most: making their next move with confidence.

And for a little trivia? Back in 2006, Chase won the Showcase Showdown on The Price is Right—a reminder that life is full of surprises.
